I did not get hot water for the shower, but at least the water was no cold. The water smell strange. Everything else was good.

Esta muy bonito todo, el hotel el Restaurant bar todo. El personal muy amable. Unas observaciones si se me hace un poco peligroso que este el enchufe atras del lavabo cualquier salpicon de agua y hace corto o se descompone el dispositivo. Adicional si deberian de tratar de quitar el zargazo para que no huela tanto, y sea mas agradable para el huesped y poder meterse al agua, de ahí enfuera todo esta super bien y me agrado mi estancia. Igual y una tiendita de souvenirs no estaria nada mal.

El staff de la propiedad muy amable. El bar y restaurante muy agradable, excelente servicio y muy rica comida. Me encantó que fuera pet friendly, llevé q mis dos mascotas y todo excelente. Pasando a lo negativo es que le falta mucho mantenimiento a la propiedad. La pintura del exterior deteriorada, los mosaicos de la alberca principal rotos y eso es muy peligroso, las habitaciones muy sencillas, el AC de mi habitación no funcionaba, amenidades de la habitación bastante básicas, entre otros.

Muy tranquilo, la habitación con alberca privada vale la pena porque no sales de ahí para nada, el restaurante bueno tambien, con excelente servicio por parte del personal tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante.

Muy bonita y comoda la habitacion, detalles minimos de mantenimiento , pero fue muy rapido su arreglo. Creo que la regadera deberia tener cortina para que no se salga el agua para afuera.
