“Door Improperly hung, hard to open, sounded like it was lifting the metal threshold Strike plate completely missing Gouges that looked like a crow bar was used to open it Bathroom Reserved believing it was handicap accessible There was a tub, not a walk in shower. No handheld No seat I called the front desk and they offered a different room but we were exhausted and unpacked. They sent down a shower chair. Low water pressure Hot water at sink and tub, but warm from shower head Ice machine……

“The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.”

“The shower definitely needs a safety bar on the side wall. The tub bottom was very slick and hard to stand on. I almost fell 3 times during my shower.”

“While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.”

“It smelled nice, good location. Breakfast was good. Room could have been cleaned a little better, as there was sticky substance on the nightstand and hair in the bathroom.”

“Breakfast: 5 stars. They have a good breakfast bar. Breakfast is from 6:30 am - 10 am but after 9:15 they stop refilling the breakfast bar. Not much to choose from if you come late. Cleanliness: 2 stars. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the lingering odor of lit cigarette was present and too strong for us to handle.”

“Nice place. Spacious rooms, and beautiful river walk behind. A little dingy here and there, but no real deal breakers. Staff was amazing & very helpful. Be sure to try the food at the restaurant next door. Excellent apps and burgers.”
