"There was an issue with check-in and staff were very courteous, professional, and communicative as they resolved the issue. The room and common spaces were clean, breakfast was good, and it was a very pleasant stay. "

"Check-in was easy and the woman at the front desk very friendly. Room was clean, nice, and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the plugs being on the top of the bedside tables. My only negative experience was the design of the shower. It is designed as a glass half wall with no door which looks cool but any way you stand in it the water splashes off your body and out of the shower on to the floor making it all wet. Not a very practical design. "

"This is a very nice hotel. The only thing i was displeased about was that i had left a personal item in the room. Very personal and a gift from a loved one. And someone cleaning the room thought it was ok to not take it to lost and found so that the owner of the item could be contacted. I understand that I should not have forgotten it, but they should not have taken it or thrown it out."
