「Great hotel for families. Staff were fantastic. The hotel is a little bit dated, but it was not a major problem for us.」

「Overall good.」

「Good all round」

I am writing to highlight five major issues: Front Desk Miscommunication: Despite paying for two nights at check-in, I received a call the next noon asking if I had checked out, which severely disturbed my rest. Unprofessional Check-in: The male staff member (name starting with K) provided zero information regarding breakfast, pool, or gym locations and opening...

「family friendly with play room, variety of choices for breakfast, spacious room and bathroom, superb housekeeping for cleaning the room 7-11 is just at the lobby which is super convenient will def recommend to family & friends !」

「The room towels maybe need to change new one , and the lift convulsion need more .Except this all the hotel staff is very nice and professional. Every time I go to Bangkok ,Silom centre point plus is my first choice .」
