"Check in was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom inside the room could have been cleaned better. There was hair in the shower and some gunk under the sink. The cleaning staff did come daily to check to see if we needed anything. Pool/waterpark area was clean and well maintained. Went during the week so it was pretty quiet. Game room was clean and decent. All games were $1, a couple didnā€™t work but had no signs. The front desk staff was kind enough to give my kiddos their money back."
