“The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, with a great mix of Asian and Western options. The pool is also a good size and a nice place to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend……

“Everything good except very heavy camphor smell inside the room.”

“The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered”

“It’s convenient to outside restaurants and some tourist spots like the Mt. Tapyas and St. Augustine Church. Frontline staff were accommodating. Pool wasn’t available. No restaurant at the property where you can order food when needed and no staff available at the bar nor at the dining area when needed. Room curtain wasn’t installed properly (too bright). Beddings/pillows and pillow cases were not newly washed. I needed to request for a new set.”

“地理位置离镇上有点远，但是非常方便，因为宾馆配有免费突突车送去镇上，基本随叫随到。回宾馆只用出回来的突突车费用。反而比住在镇上的宾馆在路上耽误的时间少。宾馆的硬件不是最新的，但是不影响使用。服务人员非常热情。唯一不好的是宾馆关上房间门就完全没有wifi信号，必须在门口上网”
