Spa trip

The property was well kept. Our room was more than sufficient for four ladies. The price was very reasonable for a Dells stay. My only thought was that the room could have been a bit better cleaned. Under the beds in the room I slept in could have been vacuumed a bit better. The lamps could use a little better cleaning job also. We could not get one light in the living room to work. Small issues. Overall the suite was nice.

The property has waterparks, arcades, kids activities, etc. The rooms have full kitchens so you can cook or eat from one of the many onsite restaurants. Easy to book, check in, and everything you might need is provided!

The place was nice

Our 4bd presidential was great for the most part, only downfall was waiting until 4:40pm before our room was ready and too much walking for the little ones even though we got free shuttle. The furniture/bathtubs/appliance could use some updating, most things were working properly so that was fine. Nice place!

Everything is here

You could easily not leave the waterpark for your entire stay! We had groceries delivered to the door and had meals in our room. Two families of four each stayed in the condo and we had plenty of room. We did leave a few times to get out for meals and sightseeing but there is so much at the resort you don't have to leave! There are onsite restaurants and bars, lots of fun in the waterparks, multiple arcades, kids activities, indoor playground and much more! We will definitely vacation here again!
