Simplify

The place is lovely, spacious and clean. It had cutleries, crockery and pots and pans. Ideal for those who are staying in and have time to cook. It is very close to Sagrada Familia and many places to eat. As tourists we were better off eating out and use our time to look around rather than staying in to cook. During our stay, we couldn’t use the safety deposit box and the process for getting things done is complicated because our “assigned” person referred us to the property manager who then has to call an electrician or whatever and we had to manage to meet at a mutually convenient time. Difficult to manage as we were on the go and had children with us. So if you book this place make sure you know how to make every thing work at check in or forget about using that appliance at all. And did I mention the doors don’t have locks? Also, the electricity tripped thrice when we were using air cons and the washing machine and not much else. One of us got cut by broken glass on the floor. The check in process is also complicated, there was form to fill in for every person incl children. I asked why and the answer is simply because they are required to. I had email reminders twice, thrice in a day, much more than I encountered in another website. I might give vrbo another try but I am not booking another place like this that has another layer of property managers. It’s just conplicated
