Spread over 60m² with a sunny balcony & elevator, this charming 2 bedroom apartment in the desirable Gracia neighbourhood comfortably sleeps 3 people. With the stunning Sagrada Familia just a stroll away, you´ll enjoy feeling local with this stylish space as your base.

You´ll have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay and includes the following:

Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
A cosy double bedroom neutrally decorated with quality cotton bed linens & a comfy double Bed (150 x 200cm), night stands and bedside lighting. Plenty of hanging space for your belongings & black out for a restful nights sleep. A Wall mounted SMART TV enables you to catch up on your favourite series and for those that need to work, there is a desk area & chair. A full length mirror and extra pillows for your comfort. A safety deposit box is also provided for your valuables.

Bedroom Two (Sleeps 1)
A sunny bedroom with a comfy bed (90 x 200cm) quality bedding & linens, bedside lighting & double glazed french doors leads to the balcony overlooking the street. Black out drapes ensure a great nights rest.

The Lounge:
The charming lounge area with traditional vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork is a cosy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing with full AC, a comfy sofa, that converts into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space if needed with the same quality linens, a coffee table & 55´´SMART TV & a personally written guide will help you enjoy the best of the city.

The Kitchen area:
A bright & well designed fitted kitchen has all you need to cook and prepare food at home. Full matching dinnerware, glassware, crockery & plenty of cooking pots and pans are all provided. An electric cooking hob, large fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, blender & toaster are all for your use.

Dining Area:
The dining area with designer lighting and wooden table seats 5.

The Bathroom:
Fully tiled with a glass panel walk in shower, a sink, WC & large mirror. We provide all our guests with plenty fresh white towels for your stay along with hand Soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hairdryer - so you can pack light.

We also provide a steam iron & ironing board for your use.

This apartment ideal for families or friends sharing. It makes the ideal base for those looking to enjoy Barcelona in a vibrant & sought after neighbourhood with most places reachable on foot & excellent public transport nearby. Local amenities just a short walk away & access to the airport is easy and efficient.

A low-rise barrio found beyond the Eixample, Gràcia is an independent town that Barcelona swallowed as it spread, but a fierce independent streak still runs through the heart of the neighbourhood today, you might as well start making plans to move in!

We suggest you walk Barcelona to enjoy the best of its character and beauty, that said public transport is plentiful and economical.

Metro Station Joanic L4 (Yellow Line) takes you direct to the beach of Barceloneta or Bogatell & is just a minutes walk away.

Metro Satation Sagrada Familia L2 6 L5 take you to the rest of the city.

Taxis can be hailed on the street or ordered for journeys to the airport.

We also recommend using the ´Cabify´ App for door to door pic ups and drop offs.

The Tourist bus on the blue line also stops nearby the apartment for those that wish to take the tour.

There is also nearby bike hire.

Tourist tax is not included and will be collected on check in.

💶 Tourist Tax
