The installations were very nice with a great pool and garden area. The breakfast was exceptional. The down side was the lack of personal: long queues at reception and we asked twice for some coffee which was never delivered to the room. The toilet in our bathroom was not working properly. The staff were friendly but clearly not able to do their job to the best of their abilities.

Festive stay

This has been our hotel of choice for our stays in Castelldefels. Unfortunately, this time two of the three lifts were out of action (our room was top floor) and there was a problem with hot water for a couple of days. That being said, the quality of service and cleanliness were what we've come to expect from a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay regardless.
