Lovely big flat

Lovely big flat in a good location with comfy beds, near some great cafes, although it is not a few minutes from the Placa Catalunya - it's a few tube stops. Would be good to have more kitchen items. No wine glasses which are a holiday essential :) Also one of the showers could do with a stand so you can shower without holding it. We found the online keys a bit stressful - what if your battery dies or it stops working? - but the staff on the phoneline were lovely and helpful.

We were burglarized and some jewelry and money were taken. The initial response we got was that the keys were going to be changed. I had to argue to get a new apartment

Grand appartement bien situé mais... bruyant (rue et cage d'escaliers), literie qui grince, certains sommiers avec lattes cassées, volets laissant passer le jour, manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner et manger sur place (ex. pas de main chaude pour le four, pas de casserole adaptée pour 10...), le lave linge a fuit le 1er jour (réparation le 3ème jour), 2 WC sur 3 HS (fuite + chasse d'eau cassée réparée le 3ème jour), des détails pénibles (chaises avec pieds dévissés, poignées de portes et d'armoires de cuisine dévissées...). Quel dommage... bien entretenu cet appartement serait superbe. Dans l'attente, la location est chère pour le manque de standing...

Brutta esperienza

Purtroppo è stata una brutta esperienza. Perché la casa non è come appare nelle foto. È molto decadente, sporca e mal tenuta. La moquette nelle camere è macchiata e mal odorante, alcuni infissi e preti scrostati e macchiati, radiatori spesso hanno la ruggine. I divani sono macchiati e logori. Ma l’agenzia che la gestisce sembra non essersene ancora accorta.

Gran piso con una excelente ubicacion. Espacioso y con una terraza increible. Falta equipamiento y el wifi y la tele no funcionaban bien...cosas sencillas de solucionar
