「Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Hotels war positiv, Eingangsbereich und allgemeine Ausstattung wirkten ansprechend. Das Zimmer selbst war allerdings recht klein, nicht ganz sauber und insgesamt etwas abgewohnt, was nicht zum äußeren Erscheinungsbild passte. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns jedoch das Frühstück: reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und für Frankreich ungewöhnlich vielfältig.」

「Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

「This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. 」

「Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.」
