Wir haben wundervolle zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Angefangen von Handseife, Duschgel, Waschmittel, Weichspüler, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Spülmittel, bis Strandtuch, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm und vielem mehr. Die Lage des Domizils ist wirklich top 👍. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum breiten, sehr langläufigen Strand. Der auch noch in der Hochsaison unheimlich viel Platz bietet. Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle wenn etwas benötigt wird. Es war uns eine Freude an diesem Ort unser Urlaub zu verbringen. Lieber Fabio, lieben Dank.

Urlaub bei Fabio
Wir haben wunderschöne und erholsame 12 Tage bei Fabio verbracht. Fabio ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns tolle Tipps zum Einkaufen, Restaurants, Stränden usw. gegeben hat. Von den Kostproben des eigenen Weines und Olivenöls sprechen wir immer noch. Die Wohnung ist gut klimatisiert, sodass die heißen Mittagsstunden oder warmen Nächte gut zu überstehen waren. Die Küchenausstattung lässt fast keine Wünsche offen - haben nur sehr selten so erlebt. Der nahegelegene Strand ist sehr ruhig und sauber sowie schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Wasser ist super klar.

Eine unvergessliche Woche!
Ich habe den Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Alles im Haus ist super gepflegt und einwandfrei in Ordnung. Von der Möblierung bis zu den verschiedenen Küchengeräten und Kochutensilien fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Der großzügige Essplatz auf der überdachten Veranda und der gepflegte kleine Garten machen Lust darauf einen guten Teil des täglichen Lebens an die frische Luft zu verlegen. Alle Fenster des Hauses sind mit Fliegengittern versehen, so dass der weniger erwünschte Teil der schönen Natur dort bleiben darf wo er hingehört. Fabio ist ein außerordentlich freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Unaufdringlich aber trotzdem immer parat, wenn man Fragen hat oder einen guten Tipp benötigt. @Fabio: È stato un piacere conoscervi e non vedo l'ora di rivedervi alla mia prossima visita in Sardegna.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Gastgeber!!!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer tollen Unterkunft. Fabio war der perfekte Gastgeber und hat uns vor Ort hervorragend mit eigenen Orangen und Wein versorgt und war immer hilfreich. Thank you for everything, Fabio!!! Das Haus liegt, wie beschrieben, nur unweit vom Strand entfernt.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren Ende August Anfang September dort mit 5 Personen. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt, wir durften am Anreisetag sogar früher als gedacht in das Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung sehr umfangreich, wir konnten gut für 5 Personen kochen. Die Zimmer verfügen über Fliegengitter. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 200 Meter. Der Strand war sehr sauber und nicht so überfüllt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Hallo Fabio Herzlichen Dank für die tollen 12 Tage die wir in deiner Ferienwohnung verbringen durften. Voll ausgestattet über die Küche bis zur Wohnung, alles da. Die Auskünfte von Fabio waren immer hilfsreich und sofort bentwortet. Die Umgebung war sehr erholsam, ruhig und nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Meer. Das Meer glasklar und verweilt zum Ausruhen. Die Umgebung ist sardinisch, alle geben alles für solche wie uns. (:-). Also wenn wir Zeit finden kommen wir bestimmt wieder. TOP. Danke für alles inkl. Gurken und Grapefruits...... lg

schöner Strand, schöne Landschaft
Fabio hat uns herzlich empfangen und betreut. Kl. Schwierigkeiten mit Nachbarn wurden sofort von ihm behoben. Betten und Matratzen sehr gut, Küchenutensilien in einwandfreiem Zustand. Terrasse und Gärtchen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die 2 Gassen entlang des Hauses sind schmal. Ein größeres Fahrzeug hat eventuell Probleme auf dem Grundstück zu parken. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, geeignet auch für Kinder. Die Umgebung ist landwirtschaftlich geprägt. —Danke Fabio.—
