This two-story oceanfront home boasts a prime location only a 100-yard walk to the beach, where you will enjoy private access to the sand. To make your beach-cation even easier and more convenient, the home also offers an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and a cooler to keep your beverages and snacks nice and cool on your way to the beach.

Upon entering this ocean-view beauty, you are greeted by a wooded interior and a welcoming living area with wall-to-wall windows, flooding the space with natural light and gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. Spend tranquil evenings reading one of the many books available, trying to catch a glimpse of the local wildlife using binoculars, or playing the many entertaining board games available with family and friends. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and surprise your group with their favorite recipes. Even the cook gets a great view of the ocean while working their magic! The home also boasts a secluded den, which can be used as a rec room with a Roku smart TV and even a sleeping nook for midday naps. The main suite boasts impressive beach and ocean views, access to a deck, and an en suite bath.

This oceanfront beauty boasts a secluded location yet you are just a short drive from amazing attractions, including Mass Audubon Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary, Millway Beach, Cape Cod Beer, Melody Tent, Whydah Pirate Museum, Cape Codder Water Park, Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, and Cranberry Valley Golf Course.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The occupancy is per town permit.
Streaming is available using guests' credentials.
The fireplace is not available for use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
