“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready.
The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable.
Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.”

“Wonderful for a family vacation! Way Better than expected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water activities at the lake were amazing! Mahdi and his friend were great and took us over the lake and showed us Lugano with multiple spots. Will do it again next year hopefully.”

“Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage.
Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut.
Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist.
Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen.
