"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer bestellt, es war aber nur eins vorhanden und eine Besenkammer mit einem Bett, in die gerade noch ein Stuhl für die Kleidung passte. Ausserdem war der Fernseher total kompliziert, es lag auch keine Bedienungsanleitung da. Für alte Leute wie uns frustierend."
