"The room was clean, but not maintained very well. The room I was in had a loose toilet seat, a hanging lamp that looked extremely dangerous. There was also another electrical plug behind the night stand that had an exposed plug that I repaired to eliminate someone getting electrocuted. Overall, it was a good experience and priced right. The group of karaoke singers (with loud speaker and microphones) was distracting EVERY night we were there."

"We had a wonderful time. I loved the patio, wonderful weather for sitting out and drinking your morning coffee. The only suggestions I could make are stabilizing the barn door into the bathroom and adding some kind of light under the shelf above the sink. Otherwise, all was good, the room is very large and well decorated."

"I stayed in one of the rooms at the back of the property. Room was a very nice size, the jacuzzi style tub was awesome! Bed was comfortable. Took advantage of the breakfast the first morning and it was good. The lady looking after things was very pleasant and she kept it well stocked. Overall a very nice stay, I would recommend it."

"My husband and I booked here for a weekend away. Neither of us wanted to leave. It was so cozy and felt like home. Very private, but so close that you can walk to town. "Sweet clean room to sleep and escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. We enjoyed the rustic sauna and loved the porch swing outside our room. If you have bad knees or are not in decent shape, it could very hard to walk up and down the hill to get to shopping and eating (if you leave your car parked at the b&b). Also a but tricky to park, especially if there is ice or snow, but that’s just part of the Eureka Springs experience, haha All in all it was a sweet very quiet spot and my partner even saw a a fix in the evening crossing by the house!"
