“I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience.”

“Its beautiful. Its affordable. It has nice amenities. But DO NOT give this property the time of day, go elsewhere!!! I promise you none of it is worth it. Long review, but at the very least, just know, if you like to sleep, STAY AWAY from here. My wife and I stayed here for 1 night, as we were in the Philippines for her sister's wedding. “GREAT customer service and staff was always very open to assist in anyway they could. Wonderful view and quiet. On the downside, although there was free breakfast each day that we stayed, there was a service charge added to each day. This was not mentioned until checking out. Transportation from the resort to Manila, was not available. Instead, we were told that the security guard would take us to the bus stop!! “A rambling hotel with different types of room scattered around the premises. The hotel is found along a track of the main road and sits on the shore front which is made up of mangroves and is not suitable for swimming, though water activities like kayaking are available. The premises are guarded and guests are escorted to the parking areas and thence to the front desk for check-in. The staff are very courteous and a welcome drink is offered prior to being escorted to your room. Numerous……
