The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Gems & Immy. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is just out of the town, but with the bus stop at the end of the Hotel's drive it is easy to get to the city centre & or alternatively Ubers are very reasonable priced.

My wife and I recently spent two nights at Bailbrook House Hotel to celebrate her 30th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Located just outside Bath, the hotel is stylish, beautifully maintained, and lives up to the high standards you’d expect from a Hand Picked Hotel property. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the celebration feel all the more special. Our room was spotless, and having breakfast served in the room was a wonderful treat. I would highly recommend Bailbrook House Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable, high-quality getaway near Bath!

Not our cup of tea unfortunately. The outside grounds are beautiful but the inside doesn’t match. It’s very old and outdated inside, no ambience (all the main lights turned on everywhere). The breakfast wasn’t as advertised on the website. It was worse than a premier inn. We had breakfast included and only ate there once. I wouldn’t go back and it’s put me off staying at another Handpicked Hotel sadly.
