Littlecourt is a large 4-bedroom bungalow, ideal for groups and families looking for a spacious property in a quiet area not far from the hustle and bustle of Central Bath. This unique home is a large L-shaped bungalow, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated along one wing of the house. The kitchen, dining room, living room, conservatory and utility room are located along the adjacent side of the house. This setup makes for a very spacious and private feeling home, it also benefits from a large wrap-around garden with multiple patios, seating and games areas. Our favourite feature is the double garage that has been converted into a games room, with a pool table, darts board and lots of outdoor games.
