"Fantastic staff. Very clean. The rooms are small but that is an acceptable trade off for the location, service and cleanliness. I will definitely stay again."

"We stayed for 6 nights and the property was clean. Easy access to public transportation and walking distance to all major tourist attractions.
Best of all, Room service was attentive during our entire stay. "
"Easy walk through a safe and pleasant neighbourhood from Fullham Broadway tube station. Sainsbury's supermarket right at the station for all stuff you need. Shops, pubs, restaurants all around the tube station. Hotel very nice and the breakfast was great. It's an all-you-can-eat full cooked breakfast with tea, coffee, and juices. Plus cereals, ham and cheese slices, toast, and even sliced tomatoes, cucumber, and hummus! I could have asked for a better breakfast and it sees me though wandering London until late afternoon or even dinnertime. 100% stay there again."
"It's the best hotel for business trips ... good parking ... easy distance to the city ... good internet ... close to lots of amenities and the staff are always incredibly helpful."
"Wanted a room with 2 real beds, NOT a sofabed or roll-way. The Bailey's was one of the few hotels I found with this room type. Also, the option for an early check in was very attractive, since we were to arrive at 7:30 AM. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Only ate the buffet breakfast once, which was ok, but there's so many more options very nearby.
The hotel is beautiful, common areas well decorated. The room carpet is looking like it's been around a while, but everything in the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge was a bonus. Complementary bottled water, tea, and coffee in the room made mornings simpler. The bathroom toiletries were high quality (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion -- no bar soap, so bring your own if you prefer a bar.) The location was excellent. Right across the street from the Gloucester Road station, with access to 3 lines (District, Circle, Piccadilly). It was a straight shot from Heathrow on the Piccadilly, and only cost a little over 5 pounds each. Several restaurants on the block offered a wide selection of cuisine -- everything from ramen to pub food. It was generally pretty quiet, even being on a main street.
I only have 2 complaints: 1) Only a heavy duvet was provided, so were all too hot at night and had to blast the AC. A top sheet or light blanket would have made things more comfortable and been more sustainable!
2) The bathroom lighting is deplorable. "
