「Moss is well located in the waterside presinct, Salamanca so very convenient for exploring Hobart. It is however very noisy as a popular bar is located at it's floor level which pumps music throuout the rooms until late. This ruined ot for me. I would not recommend Moss for this reason」

「No shuttle bus to the airport as stated in the hotel info. Booked a room with jacuzzi but the bath plug was missing, couldn’t use the e tube at all. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall a very bad experience 」

「This place is very close to the seaside, and the decoration is luxurious and grand. The most commendable thing is that the staff's service was very attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also very good. It is recommended to replace the faucet of the bathroom basin and add curtains for the toilet.」
