“Overall the hotel looks a bit rough, but room was extremely clean and comfortable. There are resaurants etc a few blocks away on main street of Footscray ”

“No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.”

“ The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is……

“There are some minor damage on the bow plates and cups. the ventilation system was not good, in toilets and the cloth washing area. ”

“The swimming pool and gym room are unavailable under covid 19. it is quite expensive without them. The room is nice but not clean, there is a lot of bugs in the room. Some of the pillows are smelly. By the way, This apartment is close to the showground.”

“Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. The room showed visible signs of wear – marked walls, damaged fittings, and carpet with noticeable lumps and divots that suggested poor maintenance underneath. The interior had an overpowering chemical odour that felt more industrial than fresh, and the hallway outside smelt of urine, which was off-putting. Given the overall condition and atmosphere, we decided to cut our stay short rather than endure the remaining nights. In hindsight, we……

“Fabulous suite with comfortable bed, good shower and muesli breakfast plus coffee and selection of teas. It’s above a bar and dining is down the corridor so it is noisy. Take earplugs! Within a 30 minute march to the city and on a tram route. Plenty of coffee, bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by.”
