"Great location, comfortable beds in a fairly spacious room, decent gym. But the room service coffee is not good and it is not possible to have a fresh hot coffee in the breakfast setting, without buying the full breakfast."

"Overall, a very nice stay. Clean and very comfortable rooms, everything worked. Good service. The breakfast was the disappointment. No buffet so they asked guests to preorder, then the next morning told me they didn’t have what I ordered. And it was mostly ordinary The pools were great but full of disorderly kids Great location"

"Double tree has been my favourite hotel. Prior to this stay was Double tree in Makkah in May this year which was also excellent. If based on my number of stay I should have been Diamond member of this hotel. Kudos Double tree to your staff, kitchen, maintenance and all everyone involved running this hotel"

"Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a higher floor with a great view. The outdoor pool is a standout feature, offering an unbeatable view of the Twin Towers. The staff were fantastic, always on hand to help with directions or coordinate our transport. A perfect choice for a stay in Malaysia!"
