「We had to call 2x with HVAC issues for not cooling below 75 - but they were very responsive. Had to call to get a different coffee maker because it didn’t hold any of the water, which went everywhere. Then the replacement coffee maker had coffee dripping everywhere on the counter, despite triple checking the placement, and caused burns on my hand from trying to move it to the sink. I would’ve liked to have coffee available in the lobby past 10am. The coin machine was down so we couldn’t get...

「There were two things I didn't like. First, we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for the fold out couch. The reservation was 4 people with one bed. We were obviously going to use it.
Second, we had to go to the laundry room to exchange our towels. We gave them our dirty ones so we could get clean ones. I get people steal them, however it was an inconvenience.」
