“The Sanibel building is an old building, elevators are slow, there is no direct access to the pool area. Screened in lanai makes it difficult to take nice photos from the balcony because of the screens. Overall, was not what we expected.”

“It is not the most clean or up to date! Housekeeping staff is not helpful, we had to wait an entire day to get towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Beds are not comfortable and don’t expect to get restful sleep. Location to beach access was perfect.”

“The condo was clean with plenty of space. Full kitchen and great views from the balcony. The only negative is we experienced several groups of rowdy guests and after office hours there is little security and no one to contact.”

“This was the perfect cottage for my family of 4 to spread out and not be on top of each other like a hotel room. We used the provided bikes every morning. Loved biking. The proximity to the beach with the provided umbrella, chairs, towels and wagon was awesome. Loved our stay!”

“We had an amazing time here! Great location! Kayaked every morning and saw manatees! Outside Breakfast was wonderful , so many options , cereals, egg sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juices, toast. Pool was great, staff was great, loved our stay !!”

“Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, wir hatten aber eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, anscheinend kommen die aber in Fort Myers häufig vor. Man kann sich kostenlos Fahrräder und Kajaks oder SUPs ausleihen (Fahrräder sind eher eine Zumutung). Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, Parkplatz ist genug vorhanden. Frühstück naja Amerika einfach 🙈 alles zum Wegwerfen.”

“This place was a huge disappointment and absolutely not what I expected based on the Expedia rating. The unit was tiny, outdated, and not very clean, with paper-thin walls and ceilings - we could clearly hear the guests upstairs late into the night and again early in the morning. There was no proper lobby or on-site staff, the AC created so much condensation that surfaces and even the TV were wet, and basic touches like coffee for the coffee maker were missing.
