"The communication on the check-in process was clear and timely. The location was perfect - very easy to get to downtown Annapolis and steps away from the beach. Our children enjoyed the access to the beach and the use of the Kayak. The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts are kind and thoughtful - they made sure we had plenty of coffee! "
"The home was lovely, well supplied and comfortably accomodated our family. With the screened porch, 1st floor living area and lower level viewing and game area we had plenty of space to gather or spend quiet time. Of course the water was the big draw with kayaking and paddle boarding. We had hoped the dock was repaired. That did make it difficult for entry and exit from the kayaks. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Mary and Tom"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house is laid out a bit quirky, but there was room for everyone and it had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the fire pit and I wish it would’ve been warmer so we could have used the kayaks.We were able to access downtown Annapolis very easily for a walking tour and a visit to the Naval Academy. The drawers in the kitchen are a bit odd, however we found everything eventually.Overall, great stay and no complaints."

"Fantastic view and a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house is old but it was very clean. The stairs to the second floor are steep and very loud and creaky. The kitchen was very clean although there was leftover food in the fridge, it was reasonably equipped but there was no utility knife (only steak knives and some very dull grill knives). The TVs were annoying as most apps were already logged into by someone so streaming was impossible until we logged out of everything. As mentioned in other reviews, the check-in process was horrible. The code didn't work and the management company was slow to solve the problem. They had me in the 30-degree night trying to look under the grill for a key that wasn't there and then had me try many other codes until I finally got in. Get a new lock that works. The beds are not comfortable at all. I would not stay again."
