“it was crawling with cockroaches and the bedding looked like it had been melted lifted mattress and was filthy underneath and management refused to refund payment because it was booked on line”

“They didn’t have the available Room I reserved and paid for. The associate offered a room that couldn’t accommodate all of our party. Then the staff said they didn’t have an extra room to fit all of us. And when another person without reservation showed up to the front desk, the staff offered a room for him that it wasn’t available according to him… The guy canceled our reservation and we had to move to another hotel.”

“Friendly staff. Spacious room with lots of storage space. Love the kitchenette with the full size fridge. Walking distance to The Avenue Viera. We will definitely be back again!”

“It was so close to restaurants you could walk to. It was so convenient for me.”

“This was an amazing property no complaints at all”

“Friendly staff. Charming property. Delicious breakfast. Great location - walking distance to Cocoa Village.”

“For the location was great to 95 and 15-20 to downtown and beaches. Breakfast was ample .. coffee, juice, waffles With a 3 hr time. Bed was comfy. A-C was kinda loud but tolerable. Room was clean”

“This was our fourth stay at Lost Inn & once again we couldn’t fault it & we will be back next year. The rooms are beautiful & so clean. The staff so friendly & helpful & the added extra bonus of going out on the bay makes this our go to place to stay in Cocoa Beach”

“An older property with all the charm and quirks associated with age. Clean and comfortable and in a nice location with beach access tho not walkable to restaurants. Would have appreciated a small refrigerator in our room and sink was out in the room separate from bath/toilet so a bit awkward. Shower never achieved hot or warm enough for comfort. No closet to speak of just a few coat hooks. Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming.”

“This was an overnight arrival and stay in order to connect with family member heading on a cruise. The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida……

“Amazing weekend. We came there 3 times already with a big group and we always enjoy the charm of this place.”
