“The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10.”

“Room was clean but very cold couldn’t get the underfloor heating to work Breakfast was disappointing plate was oily eggs were overcooked beans were cold as if the were straight out of the tin as was the mushroom and tomato sausages ,bacon ,black pudding and hash brown were lukewarm and didn’t come with toast or fried bread”

“Sometime awkward that no one on reception all the time”

“Best hotel in Newcastle, no contest. Would stay again!”

“I like the Staybridge Newcastle ... I will be chose it aging when I visit Newcastle.”

“Another great stay at The Royal Oak pub only this time in one of the chalets. Great that There was a fridge & microwave ans I used both ! Sonia & Ian are a lovely couple and it was great to see them again . They have themed nights at the pub and I hope to be going back soon to sample 👌”

“Much improvement on the previous night in Scarborough”

“First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got.……

“入住服務員態度極差， 房間被鋪好污糟， 酒店早餐品種極少， 酒店在網上聲稱可以提供車位， 到了酒店告知我車位不是他們的結果未能提供車位給我， 要我在外面自己找車位。”

“Great location Large apartment Would stay here again”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”
