Fabulous stay!

This unit is directly beachfront and is beautifully decorated! Everything is just as pictured and the unit has everything you could possibly need! The private pool for the complex is a plus! We saw so many deer right from our patio window and cannot wait to visit again!

Awesome stay!!

My wife and I celebrated our 20-year wedding anniversary and this place was exactly what we were looking for. It is on the beach and near everything The host was excellent too. She provided all the information I needed beforehand and was always just a text away. We will definitely return.

The Perfect Spot

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is located right on the beach, close to amenities, has a good pool, and is really clean. Libby, the host, is wonderful and incredibly hospitable. I hope to go back soon!

Wonderful stay at Sun Spot!

My parents and I stayed at Sun Spot for two weeks. Wonderful weather and outdoor table. Gorgeous sunrises every morning. Everything in the condo was perfect- very special memories! We’ll be back.

Wonderful location, convenient to beach and center island activities. Gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. Clean and well-appointed space. Owner is very attentive and responsive. One of our best rental experiences.

Fabulous Stay in the Villa

New Years in Paradise

We loved the villa and Libby was so great to work with us. She even arranged a local golf cart rental and made sure our stay was amazing! The oceanfront location is lovely with the deer visiting and sunrise AND sunset views. Hope to return soon.

Perfect for families

We love staying at Sunspot! The setup is perfect for our 3 & 5 year olds. Close to the beach, pool time, and spending time admiring the deer right outside our door! Libby ensures that all provisions are provided to make our stay super comfortable! We will be back!

Might as well throw in another “C” for the excelent communication from booking to checkout with Libby, the host! This is a great spot on Fripp and is very well-equipped. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teen boys) were comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing rental

We loved staying in this unit. Best location on the island as it is centrally located in the middle of the island. Nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed, Very comfortable and right on the beach. Nice pool and great beach access. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Wonderful oceanfront villa

We had a wonderful time at Sunspot. The recently renovated villa was the perfect size and location. We had everything we needed, and it was like a home away from home. The owner was conscientious and accommodating of all of our needs. We appreciated all of her insights about the island, and truly enjoyed the beauty and solitude of Fripp Island. We will be back!

Quiet spring break

This was our first visit to Fripp Island. It was wonderful! Libby was phenomenal! She welcomed our family as if we were staying in her home. The Villa was clean, nicely decorated and stocked to meet our every need. The oceanfront view was spectacular. Having a beach access right at our door was an added benefit. We hope this is the first of many visits to Fripp.

Everything we needed - or wanted

This is a lovely oceanfront villa with everything we needed - or wanted - for our relaxing getaway from the "real world!" We walked to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset - and to look for shells - many times in just minutes. I can't wait to return to "Sunspot" for another totally relaxing trip to Fripp Island!
