Pond View is a spacious first-floor apartment, set in a Victorian courtyard, full of Highland character. This charming quirky property sleeps 6 people and has all of the comforts of a modern property while retaining many of the original features. Pond View has an eagle-eye view of Aigas Golf Course with the stunning backdrop of Aigas Forest. It is a very peaceful setting surrounded by trees and communal garden area with a BBQ. The property is accessed by a private external staircase overlooking the old farm millpond. There is ample car parking, storage room for outdoor clothing.

Set on our farm and 9 hole parkland golf course. It's a great base for relaxation or for those that want more of an adventure! Exploring the outdoors with forest walks, river trout fishing or a round of golf - all on your doorstep. Aigas (IV4 7AD) is situated 4 miles West of the bustling village of Beauly and 15 miles from the city of Inverness and Loch Ness and just off the North Coast Route 500 and on route to three unique and beautiful Glens: Glens Glen, Affric Glen Strathfarrer and Glen Cannich and several spectacular water falls. Guests can choose from our four very different properties including 2 story Coach House (dog-friendly) packed with traditional features and log burning stove or one of our spacious courtyard ground floor cottages - Old Stable and Old Dairy with there stunning views of the golf course and Aigas Forest. All located just a few minutes stroll from the 1st tee and woodland walks.
