“The staff were amazing and very attentive. Best customer service we received during our vacation. The hotel is walking distance to the center of town. The front desk made excellent recommendations for dinner reservations. Definitely worth considering if going to Beaune.”

“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“Tasteful appointments”

“This was a cheap basic hotel: clean, functional, and close to the town centre. However the amenities were minimal, no bottled water, and really minimal coffee/tea in the room (ie: 1 instant coffee, 1 tea-bag, and no milk), breakfast was disappointing with no cooked or warm offerings. The rooms in the hotel (other than the bedrooms) look like they haven’t been updated since the late 1950s, which has a quaint retro style I guess. The front-desk staff were very helpful in the evening (it’s worth……

“Quite nice hotel with easy access to city. Just the bathroom amenities is a bit too little for 2 persons. Friendly and helpful staff too.”

“Got there late and was greeted with very friendly staff. Spa facilities are good and well maintained, room was spacious and clean. Good hotel.”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……

“All staff helpful and focussed on the customers. Food in the restaurant excellent.”

“Nice location and walking distance to old town”
