“A last minute event meant the we needed somewhere to stay so we decided to treat ourselves to Dinner Bed & Breakfast at the White Lion. It was a bit busy when we arrived but the staff were welcoming though we only go directions to our room as the lad needed to get back to the bar. The room was lovely, generally well appointed. “Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one.
Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm.
Big super king bed and very comfortable.
It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring.
Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day.

“Jacuzzi was out of order. I did get an email after booking so expected it to be a last minute technical fault. On speaking to permanent gym members was told it has not been working at all this year. They need to remove it from their amenities list. Also no robes as advertised.”
