They changed your reservation last minute because they said there’s a glitch in the system that overbooked the room 🙄 They gave us more smaller, but since we have to just sleep. But I paid the night so we are comfortable but the other rooms are noisy and we cannot sleep properly "

There were cigarette ashes in the bathroom and in the tub, and the chair was stained as well. Once we saw the room, I returned the key and left. There’s no way I was going to stay there with 2 children. "
