「We have stayed at this hotel every year for the last 4 years, the maintenance on the hotel has not been kept up, room door sticking does not close well, lights in room not working, and stuffy smell throughout the first floor. There was several dehumidifiers running. The breakfast was exactly the same for 3 days in a row. The staff were outstanding, they work very hard to make a pleasant stay for what they are given to work with. The owner needs to listen to staff and upgrade the facility」
