"I booked this Hotel through Expedia, wanted to stay Saturday night (March 7th) out in PCB because we had a whole day and evening planned for things to do. I'm local, it was better to stay the night than to drive home. We wanted a day to have some fun before the spring break wave got here. Arrived and checked in without a problem, I did the online check in and it was fast with the person working the counter in the lobby. We got to the room there was trash left over from the previous people and several things weren't thoroughly cleaned. Housekeeping is below par on that one, attention to detail lacking. Went to take a shower before going out to dinner there was about 15 seconds of hot water. That was it. Then it became lukewarm at best getting slowly colder. We stayed on the third floor so I could understand if there was lower water pressure which it was, but the lack of hot water has nothing to do with staying on the third floor. This is probably the worst thing, no one likes a lack of hot water. With that major problem I went looking to tell someone the issue after, I couldn't find anyone so the people working there do a really good job of hiding at the random times no one is around in the lobby. There's no bell to ring or anything of that nature. This hotel has Wifi, it's not free however. You get handed a piece of paper and follow the instructions on your phone. $4.99/night for the half plan and $9.99/night for the full plan if I remember right. Would not recommend. "

"Overall this hotel is great, for a quick & affordable stay! We would stay again, but maybe not our first choice. Pros: Oceanfront, clean beach area, clean & maintained common areas, covered parking, sky bridge from parking to hotel, great balcony & room size, digital service through Hilton app, & great proximity to activities & businesses, friendly staff! Cons: Complaints truly came from the room itself. The suite we stayed in was okay & it truly came down to cleanliness. The room is carpeted. If you walk around barefoot, your feet feel & look dirty. We have 3 kiddos & having to worry about keeping belongings or whatever else off the floor was an extra stressor. Walls & doors, especially in the bathroom were definitely not cleaned or maintained the way you would expect. The beds were uncomfortable & very much dipping in the middle, so thankfully our stay only lasted the weekend. This is so minimal, but found it odd & inconvenient… we were in a suite that could room 5-6 people, but there was only 1 roll of toilet paper & no extras in the room. Guest services took care of it, but definitely inconvenient."

"Room was clean, well kept, staff service was excellent, parking was good and accessible, one critique the Building entrance street sign was not well lit at night, the bar was well kept and clean though the piano could use a cleaning and tuning service. overall excellent. 5* for attentive staff. "
