「Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I stay in hotels 10 months a year. The TV was broke. The sheets and beds were dirty. Breakfast was gross looking. I will never stay at this brand」

「I can say there was nothing bad except there is no continental breakfast . You can get some coffee but that's it. it was very clean close shopping and a couple of good restaurants the only. Forgot to get pic of bed but was nice」

「We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that there were four pillows on a king size bed and they were pillows from soft soft to a little more firm so you really got a good choice of what pillow would be comfortable for you. The air-conditioning units in the room are a little loud, but on the whole, the hotel was quiet at night, which is where it counts the most when you’re trying to sleep. Would definitely stay there again when in the Zealand Holland area.」

「We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. Possible?」

「The property was without power for hours. No elevator during this time. Unfortunate but would have appreciated some kind of accommodation or compensation for the inconvenience. Blood on pillow join arrival.」

「The price was ok because I believe there was the Tulip Festival going on which is why the hotels in the area were so full, - however- We were there early because we had come from the other side of the state for a wedding shower. We were about an hour early for check in so the clerk at the front desk said to come back in an hour because it needed inspection. We did come back in an hour, at that time we found out that our room was not in the main building but out back in a separate building. I...
