割と駅近なのと、スタッフが優しく良かったです。ホテル自体は少し古さを感じました。 スリッパが有料、トイレットペーパーの予備が欲しかったかな。

The pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on, in a hotel or otherwise. and I am hard to please when it comes to pillows. I should have asked them where they got them from. The location of the hotel was great because it was very near where we had to be for work. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Clean hotel room, somewhat well maintained. No smoking room but people still smoke in the hall way. Building B is old and needs to refresh soon. I had a chance to visit Building A and definitely much nicer and modern. So make sure you book rooms in building A. Staff are professional and their English his decent.

i have been saying at yanshan hotel every year since 2012 for my annual family visit. top reason has always been its location as zhongguancun, despite being the "brain center" of china, is not set up for visitors. yanshan always served its practical purpose with comfy bed and functional shower. but over the years, they have been upgrading their rooms.we were there in jan and again last two weeks.we were pleasantly surprised that our room in B building now has new bright furniture and a flat screen TV it made room so much better. i cannot comment on their main building as it is always dated and uncomfortable - e.g. a/c in that building is your typical hotel built in type that simply does not work when old.its rooms are always dark and smaller than ones in building b which was built in apartment style for extended stay. i encourage the management to continue to improve the facilty - it does not need to cost much. simple IKEA furniture made this recent stay much better.! however, i think their real challenge is still staffing.their concierge service continues to be joke (it varies depending on who is working but on average the guy just goes not want to work) how do you have a sigh of "taxi service" when you cannot reserve ANY car service to the airport? and receptionists still do not speak a word of english and almost never greets anyone or acknowledges the fact we have been coming for years and were just there 8 mos ago.

Good and warm service

The reception staff offered very good service, instantly responding to the guest's request.The staff helping the guest locate the taxi was very patient. Close to The Chinese Peoples' University, this is a hotel with easy access although the road work on the day of checking-in did cause a little inconvenience.

Yanshan Hotel is nowhere near any beach.

All in all, very nice. My suite was extremely comfortable. No inexpensive restaurant in hotel but basement of next-door "Mall"(department store) had a good grocery store, and a wonderfujl bakery (Holiland) was also nearby. Hotell desk would only change crisp and new dollar bills into RMB, so one shouldn't take wornout US dollar bills. Nearby bank had cash dispenser with debit or creditd crds, so one shoiuld be sure to have their passwords.

Nice short stay in Zhongguanchun!

It is located in Zhongguanchun area. Walking distance to subways, which is very convenient. A nice shopping mall is close, in which you can find some good foods.

Nice hotel in Haidian district..

Nice location, comfortable room , friendly staff.. Toilet rather small, low flushing water pressure, toilet became blocked once. They provide only one small toilet paper roll per person / day .Very good Wifi signal but not satellite TV , other than CNN ( which itself is difficult to find ) , no other international TV channel available . With access to google block in China, difficult to get international news.

服务好，位置佳

每天主动清洁房间，傍晚送酸奶，服务蛮好的，北京气候干燥还主动送菊花茶，多送水，房间配有加湿器。厕所和浴缸都装得比较低矮，应该考虑到安全因素的。酒店二楼的餐馆提供北京当地菜，味道不错，价格也不贵。离地铁口不远，北京南站过来很方便。
