Not only did they order DD Aka Ubers for us, but they even walked us to meet our DD drivers, helped us get around on the subway and when we couldn't communicate, would happily get their Chinese to English translator out. They even checked in with us via WhatsAPP to make sure my girls and I made it to our DD after a wild night...

"Concierge Robin was kind enough to upgrade our room and provided complementary late checkout. Hotel was tidy, the only issue was that the 8th floor smelled heavily like cigarettes.
