「It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response...

「Friendly staff and room clean 」

「Nice and friend staff 」

「The bed is very old, mattress make noise when turning. Cannot sleep.」

「Staff were friendly, good location and transportation was very convenient.」

「Really great hotel, the staff is really kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean, same as the pictures.」
