"What an incredible hotel! Staff service is EXCELLENT, cannot say enough good things about how helpful they were. The concierge helped us arrange trips to the Forbidden City and Great Wall, as well as cars whenever we needed them. The room staff understood our jet lag and cleaned when we were not there. They provided plenty of water and extra towels, which we appreciated. Will we stay here again? Absolutely!"

"We are traveling from US. We have been to many places in China. We enjoyed staying in a traditional Beijing style hotel in local Beijing neighborhood. The staff are super helpful and nice. No issues with staffs or the hotel, but the local area is a bit far from subway and attractions. The shower room is nice but there aren’t any hooks and there is no dryer for clothes."

The hotel staff, including the Assistant Manager, the Reception team, Restaurant personnel, and the Concierge are all very much friendly and helpful to guests and visitors. New Century Hotel Beijing also provides great services for business meetings and commercial activities with well equipped conference halls and meeting rooms. "
