"Normally we stay at a national brand hotel. However there was something cool about the history of this place that made us make a reservation. The location is conveniently located off the highway. The front desk staff were quick to get us checked in. The room was in good condition. We got styled in for a good night sleep. The AC unit was a little loud, but kept the room cool. Breakfast area was large with plenty of room to sit. It was typical continental style breakfast. Check out was a breeze. We were grateful for the luggage carts. Overall I'd reserve this location again. "

"Our flight was canceled due to bad weather. We have stayed at this Hyatt Place many times in the past when visiting our family. It was convenient to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour beginning at 4:30 am! (We caught it at 5:30 am along with several other folks.) The driver even took us down to the end near the SWA terminal. "
