“Clean rooms and nice rooms with a good location of the hotel.”

“When we arrived they had already given our room to someone else, so we had to wait around while they gave us a room even though we already paid. Then, the door wouldn’t open and we had to go back down. The kitchen in the suite had no utensils, dishes, or cooking materials. The floor had crumbs all over it and was clearly not well cleaned. There was some weird bandaid thing with a red substance on it stuck to the wall, and the water in the bathroom smelled terrible. The hallway also smelled……

“We enjoyed staying here while in Medora. Nice location, quiet, private, clean, easy parking and access. Nice staff, and house cleaning did very nice job. No more expensive than other hotels in Medora, and seemed nicer. Very good complimentary breakfast in the mornings. I'd stay here again.”

“First of all there is no staff. You check in at a kiosk and it spits out a room key. There is no breakfast. It appears the hotel is being remodeled but there at least should be one staff member to greet you.”

“So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.”

“Tub didn’t work, drain was plugged, water wasn’t hot, bathroom sink faucet was loose and drained really slow, and no ice machine on our floor”

“it was loud, frig rattled, could not get tv to work for a long while. I do not want to stay there again/”

“The whole place is in desperate need of an update. Everything is old dated and suitable for a lifestyle in the 70’s (e.g no plug sockets next to the bed). It was so old that it felt dirty but it is hard to vouch truly for its cleanliness. The gym is virtually unusable with broken equipment and a weight set which is a random collection 6-8 individual dumbbell's. Restaurant is a very hot sports bar with gambling section. Convenient because it is pet friendly and has end destination EV chargers.……

“When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night……
