“The hotel was busy and the lady checking us in asked the other employee what rooms were available. She said they were down to KRUM’s (as she spelled out to the employee helping me). She pointed to a room on her screen and they booked us in that. It was not very clean: the bed was messy, like it had been remade, the room smelled musty and the carpet was damp and sticky - our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor after walking on the carpet. “When we got to our room with three younger children, the door deadbolt was stuck. The people on staff worked very hard on it and it was no fault of theirs. However, we waited for over an hour before they got it fixed…meaning we didn’t get our children to bed until 10pm. At no point did anyone offer a different room while we all stood in the hallway with bags. I asked about a different room and no one really responded. Then, the TV wasn’t working (not a big deal, just added to things) and……
