「Room wasn't properly cleaned and made ready. Issue was resolved easily enough. It would be a nice stay in the summer but it's not easily accessible and if there are people above it can be loud. Also, the thermostat settings for a basement apartment in Newfoundland in February need to be changed. You wake frozen」

「We had a wonderful stay at this Jelly Bean Row apartment. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. The Keurig pods were a bonus! The location was excellent…a few minutes walk to downtown St.John’s. There are 2 excellent bakeries steps away…Casablanca and The Postmaster Cafe. There was parking available on the street.
