「This is the perfect quiet retreat for the creative. The house is extraordinarily well appointed with all needed appliances, coffee, a full sized fridge, stove, oven and even a washer/dryer. If you’re visiting and temps are under 20, request the space heater though, but they had a massive pile of blankets. The bed is FIRM and low. That works for me because I’m old and short. I slept AMAZINGLY but if you’re over 5’7” or so the sleeping loft might be a challenge. Unless you’re used to 5’ ceilings...

「This was really a lovely little apartment. It was nice to see the deer and other critters in the woods looking out the kitchen window. The only downside was it was a little drafty, but it is an older building so that wasn’t surprising. The heat worked great thought despite the really cold weather! The location, apartment decor, the welcome amenities from the owner were all really nice and welcoming. A real home away from home! Thank you!」

「Our summer visit was so nice we came back for Christmas with family! Everyone enjoyed the location, the hot tub, and the cottage. It is hard to find a house that accomodates a group in all rooms. 「Perfect location to stay while attending a famiy wedding. Plenty of room. Home was well stocked with towels, full array of kitchen supplies, games and a few books even. Kids were hoping for better boating/swimming weather but we tried the kayaks and enjoyed the local pickleball courts. John was clear and easy to work with.」

「I rented the house across the street and my brother rented the property at the lake. We rented the pontoon boat and everyone from kids to adults had a great time. Edgar is awesome to work with and very responsive. Just know that there are not seemingly any or perhaps few rentals in that neighborhood, so treat the place like it’s your neighborhood. Not a place to be hosting a rager or a place where the neighbors would have much tolerance for nonsense.」
