「The place was nice, needed a couple of things. (blender, batteries for smoke alarms, more towels, more hot water, bigger TV, alarm clock). The access to the lake and lake view back porch was nice. Needed outside lights (Back and front), wash and dryer would have been nice to have. The small things makes a big difference.」

「The home is nicely furnished and comfortable. It as super close to our wedding events. Suggestions to stock some generic shampoo, add nite light to bathroom with no windows and supply a small starter amount of basic coffee maybe Folgers would be appreciated. The clock in living room is an hour off which confused us a couple times. There are leaves and trash that greet you at the front door need to be cleaned up before guests arrive. We paid a hefty cleaning fee and were asked to strip beds....

「We just stayed for a girls weekend and found this cottage to be everything we needed! Paul was extremely prompt in his responses to any questions we had. The cottage was clean, the rooms were large, the kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the large table surronded by windows in the dining room area. It is just 0.2 miles down from BayPointe where we enjoyed a really nice dinner. Thanks again for your accomodations!」

「The cottage is super cute and fit us all well. We were told that we would be sharing the water toys however I wasn't expecting to share the small front yard with the house that sits behind this cottage. The front yard is super small and it was awkward with having strangers literally sitting next to you. Not much privacy.」

「This is a great place to stay for several days. There’s a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies (utensils, spices, pots, etc.), and a few cozy pieces of furniture to spend time winding down at the end of a day out and about. I was surprised by how spacious it was- especially the bathroom! I think it’s more budget friendly than other options in the area as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.」
