“The room was very big and had a good view. I opted for the sofa bed but next I will choose doble bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was too thing and my daughter complained of the metal bothering her. The shower and bathroom were very nice. It had a big TV and many channels. The food was very good and the staff friendly.”

“El hotel tiene unas excelentes zonas comunes, habitaciones amplias (si se queda allá siempre escoja la que tiene vista al mar) el.desayuno es muy bueno, el personal muy amable pero hay cosas que deben mejorar. Ej. Es increíble que no tenga pantuflas en el cuarto con el piso de cerámica, el vanity kit solo tenía un gorro de baño y las habitaciones son algo frías en cuanto a su decoración, no tenían ni un cuadro. El tema de la botella de agua también esta mal pensado, deberían tenerla llena a la……

“Overcharged for our stay by the front desk! Still waiting for our refund since we came home almost a week ago! The front desk at the Bungalows and Bohios have been very slow at getting back to us too. Food is amazing; never had a bad meal though. The black sand is super pretty. And we had cooler water in our shower the entire stay so if you can’t handle cold showers suggest staying in the hotel.”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“When my daughter & I arrived we checked in (5 day stay) and was told that we had to wait for our room @ 3p. Not a problem cus we arrived early but we couldn't eat or drink until 3p which was absurd. (All inclusive pkg we paid for) Restaurant is cafeteria style, not a restaurant at all. The bar is very dinky, (temu style) not many selections of drinks. We drank the same cocktails daily. Food was mediocre, no selection at all. A lot of flies around and if you eat outside there's 3 dogs they will……

El internet fue deficiente, nunca me pude conectar correctamente aunque me dieron varios tokens para probar... lo mejor fue que aunque me dieron el costo de 2 huéspedes adicionales que se quedaron conmigo la segunda noche, al día siguiente a la hora de pagar la diferencia me dijeron que no debía nada! Todavía le insistí al que estaba en la caja del restaurante porque nos habían servido 3 desayunos y me……

“The building did have a restaurant in which we ate dinner the first night, but it was less than impressive. We decided to cook more meals inside the condominium that was very well equipped, which made our stay that much better. I would definitely stay there again in the future.”
