“I have done a lot of travelling and I have never received the level of care and service to that we had here. Every single staff member was incredible. Special shoutout goes to Hector who went above and beyond in so many ways. He helped us change our dates outside of the designated window, rebooked our bus tickets, and was so kind and considerate. I cannot say enough about him.
Beyond the staff, the place is well maintained and quaint. We loved our stay so much. ”

“Very nice and quiet area. The resort has several towers, and this one was by far the quietest, perfect for getting away from all the noise.
You’ll need to walk or take the shuttle to reach the restaurants, bars, spa and other parts of the resort.
This tower also has its own pool, which is very peaceful if you enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
room are very big and fully equipped with a small kitchen area.”

“Me encantó el apartamento el cual tiene todo lo que se necesita. El edificio tiene múltiples serviciaos: jacuzzi, piscinas, sauna, turco, y salón de juegos entre otros. Además tiene acceso a una playa limpia y tranquila. El personal del edificio es amable y servicial. Lo único que no me gustó es que no hay restaurantes o supermercados cerca. Hay que tomar taxis para ir a cualquier parte. ”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

Apartamento para 5 personas supuestamente y solo contaba con una cama doble y un sofá cama sencillo, a 2 personas nos acomodaron en un colchón inflable sencillo, aún así me cobraron un adicional de 225 mil y solicité cambio de apartamento o devoción del dinero y la única respuesta que recibí era que me quedaba ahí o que buscara por mis medios, pero que el dinero que había pagado no me lo podían devolver y que lo perdía, es decir, obligado me tocó quedarme ”
