“It’s difficult to list all the positives of this property. There was more than enough space for 18 of us (8 adults, 6 teens, 4 kids). The proximity to the sound and the ocean was great. With the game room, pool, and bikes, nobody ever had a chance to get bored. The beds were comfy, a/c worked great, tvs in every room, well-stocked kitchen…there really is too much to remember and list. Dave is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible and that……

“Beautiful home in a quiet area on Pensacola Beach. The beach access is directly across the street which meant we could easily come and go from the property to the beach each day. The bedrooms were generous in size, clean and well appointed with everything you need for a fabulous and comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to book for parties of 10-14 people and the pics really don’t do it justice….its quite spacious. Plenty of parking and nice neighborhood to take casual walks. Would 100% stay……

“Highly recommend booking a stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family, 6 adults ages 19-42, children ages 17, 7 and 2 toddlers under age 2. The pack-n-play and high chair were of great help with the littles. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were also plenty of beach towels for all of us. The washer and dryer worked great throughout the week which was very nice as a couple of us flew into……
