"The property met our needs except there were no tv stations. I guess you have to know how to do streaming and apps which we do not do. We were there to visit our son and daughter in law who live outside Jamestown and it was a great location, about a 15 minute drive to their house. We had a great time."

"On the outside when arriving the house is non-descript and is unclear what the home really looks like. But as you walk in the front door you immediately find a warm and welcoming cabin atmosphere on the main floor complete with fire place in living room. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and kitchen/dining area as well, with a 2 story addition overlooking the water that includes a large sun room and dining area exactly as shown in pics. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. All bathrooms are modern with exceptional lighting and very clean facilities. All flooring looks brand new throughout and everything was super clean. Thoughtful touches of nightlights everywhere and over-bed lighting and USB ports for all bedrooms. The beds were absolutely excellent. A very restful place to spend a weekend or a week. Quaint village with store and restaurant options are in Bemus Point. Host very easy to work with."
