"The whole building was very icy cold as winter season in Marrakesh which is understandable but however one my daughter on myself complaint we was told heater is in bedroom only also the hotel staff made continuous rapid noise speaking laughing very loud whileMy daughter and myself trying to sleep staff would play loud music all day up till 11 pm when I complained to the manager he said is permitted and allowed also one of the staff members we did not prepare breakfast for my daughter and myself when I explained she kept us awake from 7 o’clock talking screaming laughing loud we lost our sleep I asked young lady Hajjar to make my daughter and myself breakfast on a one offShe responded no on my face when she’s been the one keeping my daughter and myself deprived from resting in peace in our room as Hajjar always played loud music shouting laughing very loud as this hotel is a Kasba The breakfast was terrible very hard not produced fixed pastry hard to chew Also I had to ask for two separate pots of tea as I kept being given only one tiny pot to share between two people also we was given napkins that was dirty used by other customers staying at the Kasba The same napkins I kept at breakfast table not cleaned not changed this is a high risk health hazard does any possibility to get reimbursement due to this abuse please"
